" To mark the 10th anniversary of Butcher's Brew Club, based at the wonderful Butcher's Hook in Southampton, we collaborated on this modern take on the classic West Coast IPA. Citra and Nectaron were used hot side before dry hopping with Strata and Simcoe with a sprinkling of HBC522. A real duel of some heavyweights, this beer has a range of citrus aromas with a dank top note."
