"Fruited Sour with Raspberry & Peach.

ABV 4.5%

A base beer made from pilsner malt, white wheat and flaked oats, was fermented and soured in FV, simultaneously. The result was then blended with a whopping 200g/L of unfermented puree, retaining all the juicy, refreshing goodness of both fruits.
