In January, we had the pleasure of hosting Sam from Kompaan Beer for a collab brew. With sunnier days in mind, we created a mandarin, mango, and lemon ice cream sour, inspired by a classic ice lolly that blends creamy vanilla ice cream with fruity sorbet.

Kompaan is a modern Dutch brewery built on friendship, and we reckon we’ve found some great pals for the long haul.
