From the brewery:
"Fresh Hop was made from a raw unboiled beer brewed with solely heritage Maris Otter barley. Spontaneously fermentated in old Bourbon whiskey and Scotch whisky barrels for 18 months. We collected ten kilograms of Challenger hops which had been picked that morning. The beer was blended onto the green hops, within a few hours of picking, before bottling the next day."
