"A botanical sour brewed in collaboration with our friends at Psychopomp Microdistillery

We had the pleasure of having the lovely team from Psychopomp in the house for a couple of days. They filled the brewery with aromas of mango, juniper berries, kaffir lime leaves and cardamom pods, working with our brew team to create a vibrant sour beer based around the recipe of their seasonal gin, Ana."
