From the brewery:
"Thirteenth Fire is a co-ferment of an extra strong wort, drawn from a mash of barley and wheat malts with added cane sugar. This was co-fermented in old Irish Whiskey casks with the juice of bittersweet cider apples featuring Michelin heavily ably assisted by Dabinett, Yarlington Mill and Foxwhelp. A spontaneous ferment ensued and after a period of maturation and aging, the barrels were blended and the Thirteenth Fire was born and conditioned in a bottle.
The result is a classic Mills x Oliver collab experience with beautifully integrated apple and wort, giving a lively, full in the mouth experience. A strong celebratory drink."
